Contemplative Care for Life & Death Transitions

Walk alongside a supportive guide on your path toward deeper self awareness, connection, and reverence for the mystery of life.

Meet Elizabeth

Welcome! Elizabeth Gross here. I love helping people navigate life and death transitions as journeys towards deeper self connection and reverence for the mystery of life. I weave my training as an herbalist, yoga instructor, end of life doula, Thai Yoga bodyworker, and willow casket weaver into many of my offerings. I encourage my clients and students to value simplicity, implement changes at a slow and steady pace, and prioritize rest throughout their healing journey. Please explore my site for more information about my ongoing services and upcoming events. You can get in touch with me directly here.

Upcoming Event

Good Grief: Herbalism for Grief Support

Saturday, July 12th 2-4:30pm / Circle of Friends for the Dying / $50, all materials included

During this workshop we will meet bioregional medicinal herbs that can help us navigate our grief, and support our hearts to hold both the sorrow and beauty which exists all around. We will learn about gentle plants and practices that help us to keep emotions flowing, and unwind feelings of emotional and physical stagnation that can often come with grief. We will learn how to befriend our grief as a essential part of who we are, how to engage with healing plants to help take care of ourselves, and ways to step back into relationship with nature and our bodies as profound sources of nourishment and restoration.
